Pelham Bell Pottinger appointed by Baker Steel
Pelham Bell Pottinger, part of the Bell Pottinger Group, has been appointed by Baker Steel Capital Managers, the specialist natural resources investment managers, to handle financial PR surrounding and after the flotation of a new investment company, Baker Steel Resources Trust (BSRT). The account will be led by Damian Beeley with support from Charles Vivian and Polly Fergusson.
BSRT is due to list on the London Stock Exchange’s main market at the end of April. The investment company is seeking to raise £70 million which it will use to target private and specialist listed opportunities in mining and resources companies.
